Converting a van into a motorhome? Is it viable/worthwhile?

Sorry. I wasn't really trying to put you off. I was just wondering why you weren't considering a caravan. Just pointing out that they are cheaper to run and in my opinion you get a better holiday experience. Once on site you have your home set up and a car to run the family about in. I do understand that younger people have to take a B&E course and test costing about £600 but in the long run I think it would be worth paying.0

My motorhome days are behind me now, but I do remember that some camp sites refuse access to home built outfits. Something you might want to check out.I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.0
