Hi Guys
returning to the world of work after a period of mental health illness after bereavement, my new job is work from home which is really helpful as it will allow me to avoid certain triggers which I've found were cause of my illness in the past.
Problem is new company has set me a technical list which seemingly feels as long as my arm to be honest I feel a bit overwhelmed but don't want to let it put me off going for the job as really want to provide for myself again.
First query is the above...I have virgin media broadband and have been asked by the company to check the router is VoIP compatible...
can anyone tell me if it is...or if not how to make it be?
thanks greatly in advance

I used VOIP on VM with the original Superhub so see no reason why it shouldn't still work OK0

Call Virgin and see if they will give you a new SH3....Optimised for voip apparently....
That said I know people who are using voip with SH2, so I guess the answer is yes it is voip compatible, but, I don't know if they had any problems setting it up.Drinking Rum before 10am makes you

My ancient Pap2 still works fine after upgrading cable modem to SH2. Apart from a couple of port forwarding, I do not remember any other things that need to set up.0
