Where in London would prices be worst hit because of Brexit/Whatever?

Depends on whether that market is completely separate from the market for normal people (6 figures) or whether there is a trickle down effect.
Well the avg house price in the NW is about £178k. It would have to be 1 massive trickle to affect my area.
We haven't even seen central London falls though. That was just wishful thinking from Brit. Apparently house prices have been falling long before Brexit. :rotfl:0 -
