Ok, I've uninstall DU battery saver.
Couldn't it be as well that, as Mashmallow is so new, some of those apps have not updated yet to the new version, and can create problems because of it?
I had to remove a couple of apps, when I removed them I was asked if I wanted to install the factory version, which I did.
I am using nova launcher, is that any good?0 -

The problem is solved, so far. I am trying to prevent it reappearing, so I am thinking of the apps I have added that can change the settings. That overlay usually appears out of nowhere, I am hoping I have removed the troublesome apps for it not to reappear.
I'll have to stop installing apps that are too invasive, something I've got the bad habit to do.0 -
