Icesave login: date format?

Does anyone know the format for the date security field?
I've used DDMMYYYY but it doesn't seem to work with my details.

Annoyingly at the security login it's: YYYYMMDD

Even though I believe you have enter it the normal way round when you register!

Are you referring to the memorable date as part of the login?

For me it's the normal DD/MM/YYYY

Mine is the same as isofa, so 11th September 2007 would be 20070911

    Weird that some are different...

When asked at signup it was definitely the normal UK style DD MM YYYY

But for me, always at login it is YYYY MM DD otherwise it fails.
  • I have just logged into icesave and you give your id and password then it asks for random letters of your security questions including memorable date. The format for the date would be DDMMYYYY i.e. 01 12 1996 1st dec 1996. hope this helps :A

No defitive answer there then :D
The DDMMYYYY selective letters definitely doesn't work on my date. I've had that question a couple of times and it switches to one of the other questions. If it comes up with date again then I'll try the YYYY first option and see if that works.

    Thanks for everyone's help.

Surely it would be the same as you entered in the first place; so therefore it wouldn't actually matter if it was 12/12/2000 or 2000/12/12, so long as it was the same - for me it's the first, and it's always worked.
  • Mine was in the American format I think ie. MM/DD/YYYY originally.

I just logged in and changed my memorable information so that it was in the UK format.
