I have a cc with tesco. Currently 0% ends in December. It currently sits at 1900 as had to make a further purchase than planned. Currently paying off at 100 pcm. So will still have balance left. Although should be able to make additional payments between now and then to bring it under 1000. Or there about.
I NatWest cc with a decent limit that I don't use on a regular basis. More of an emergency back up I plan to ask if they will offer me any good deal to BT from tesco
I have a Halifax clarity card which I use for everyday spend and pay off in full.
My question is. When should I ask NatWest about a Bt. And allow time for me to apply for a new bt ? Or any other better suggestion ?

I'd allow at least a month. Also be aware that your 0% promo end probably does not match to statement date so you must be on the ball and pay/transfer just before the promo end rather than waiting for the next statement.I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Pensions, Annuities & Retirement Planning, Loans

Do NatWest ever do BTs? I thought they had pulled out of that market a coupe of years ago.0

Thanks guys. I will diarise accordingly.
I get offers in post from NatWest for balance transfers so it may just be existing customers. Although the offers don't beat anything on mse recommendations.
If I don't get an offer from them and go with a new one altogether. Should I close tesco and NatWest once sorted. Or just tesco. Nat west limit is about 2 grand higher than tesco.0
