What model / size are you after ?.
I'm thinking about the Ipod Classic 80gb it's £159 @ Apple store.
Just looking for voucher codes at the moment. Smile, you only get one life, LIVE IT.0 -
I was looking for the 8gb i-pod, not the nano. Its on the Apple site for £199. We are going to USA in December and a lot of people have told me i will get it much cheaper over there but im too impatient!! :rotfl:Undefeated Wii Fit ski jump champion!

Still not sure which model you mean.
Apple site there is the :-
Shuffle £49 for 1GB
Nano £129 for 8GB
Classic £159 for 80GB
Anyway, yeah usually the US is a bit cheaper.
EDIT: Now I see It's the Ipod Touch your after. Smile, you only get one life, LIVE IT.0 -
At the current exchange rate (quoting from Travelex), the 8gb Touch is $299, around £136. As opposed to the UK price of £199, it's well worth considering. Obviously this takes you close to the official import limit of £145, which would need to be declared if you went over

Don't forget sales tax in the US will add around 7% to whatever price is posted.
Anybody know what courier the apple store use? I bought a 160GB classic a couple of days ago and am eagerly awaiting it's arrival

Promo code ENTMZGJPVJ discounts about £24 off an iPod Touch from apple.com/uk . Not sure if it'll do anything with other iPods, but worth a try.0

oooooh no you cant, well you cant in new york and florida, ironically any non eu-visitors who pop over here and buy stuff came claim their tax back
One other point I was recently in New York and the young'un was going to buy a Ipod Shuffle, however they are just as cheap in the duty free at the airport as they were in the shop, then when they added tax on top it was more expensive than the one in dixons duty free.
all the best

I think that might be the code I used. I used whatever one was on HUKD on 6th Sept

Tried the code with the Classic ipod 80gb, no luck.
I think the promo code is for a minimum purchase price. Smile, you only get one life, LIVE IT.0
