Slow Cooker Chilli

Does anyone have a good trusted recipe for chilli in the slow cooker? I've googled but would rather use a recipe that someone recommends as the last one I tried was more like soup than chilli!! (we like our chilli nice and thick).
Thanks.

I don't like minced beef chilli in the SC (or spag bol) as it is too watery but I made a great Jamie Oliver one using brisket last week - with coffee as the secret ingredient.

If it's too thin, but tastes all right apart from that, then either strain it off, put less liquid in to start with (e.g. just tomatoes and not the tomato juice) or thicken it towards the end and/or run it for the last hour with the lid off.
