Fit Note advice

I failed my assessment 0 points 2 year ago had to take it to tribunal and won. I have since last month had a reassessment and 0 points was the outcome. I have asked for a reconsideration which I hold little chance of reversal of decision so I plan to appeal again.

I have got a fit note from my GP that has the box - you may be fit for work, ticked. Then has the box amended duties ticked.

Will I be able to hand this into DWP to enable me to claim my ESA until tribunal date or does the box (you are not fit for work) need to be ticked.

    The DWP should accept this.
