Extractor fan fittings

I'm looking for an extractor fan, I will buy from Amazon or similar, but it's not for installation in the UK, rather in Indonesia. Here my walls are 2 * 10cm thick concrete blocks, with cavity. I want the fan to vent directly outside through the walls (is driving monsoon rain a problem?)

Total thickness ~32cm. Do I just need to buy the fan, or are there fitting as well?

I need to do a windowless utility room around 3mx3mx3m, as well as some bathrooms around 4mx2mx3m.

You will need a duct to pass through the wall and seal the cavity, and a rain hood for the outside.

Is this just normal rigid PVC piping? It's what's used here for water pipes, so I guess I can just use that.
