We are a family of 6, 2 adults and 4 children ranging from 9 to 2.5 years old. We are going to stay at the haven Great Yarmouth site a week tomorrow. The long range weather forecast is not good so does anyone have any recommendations for things to do during out 7 night stay?

If you're going by train make sure you get a family and friends railcard.
By booking early we paid £45 return with the card for 3 adults and 3 children.
Go to the pound shop and get Kellogs vouchers for pay for child and adult goes free
Get 3 of them,go in two by two and you can all get in to the the sealife center for the price of 3 children.
Another thing which can be expensive is the indoor Circus, see what vouchers you can get and get glow sticks etc from the pound shop0 -
I'm in Norfolk and long term forecast doesn't look too bad at mo.
Anyway some Indoor things
Marina Centre - Wave Swimming Pool and Roller Skating
Sealife Centre
Indoor Trampoline Centre
Circus permanent building including water spectacular
plus outdoor
Stock Car/Banger Racing Sunday 24th 5.30pm & Thurs 28th Banger and Caravan Destruction Derby ( 5 Mins from Haven Seashore)
Every Wednesday entertainment on beach from 8pm with fireworks at 10pm.
Take a train/car to Norwich - plenty of shops, castle, river and historic areas.
if you have a car have a look at Pettits at Reedham (20mins), bit of a pet farm with rides, trains etc. If you do I suggest driving down to the Ferry at Reedham and taking the car and children over ( fairly cheap) Unusual chain driven ferry
Pleasurewood Hills (20mins) takes Tesco vouchers
pick up leaflets and ask at Haven reception for possible discounts
Redwings Horse Sanctuary at Fritton (15 mins away)
Hembsy Mega Maze (15 mins)
Plenty to do, Norfolk is generally one of the driest counties but the wind can make the coast cooler.
