Cat's eyelashes growing into his eyes; is surgery successful?

our cat needed this op for his eyes and difference in him after was amazing!! he too was a rescue cat (retired stud) previous owner told us to wipe his eyes with dry kitchen roll!! hope this helps x

It's entropic my cat has it in both eyes and has to have op removing skin under lower eyelids to pull eyelashes outward for both eyes £438
