Water leak?

Hi all,
I live in a semi detached property. We have a shared drive that was divided and fenced (long ago). So we have some land on the side of the property with a gate. There is a trickle of water flowing into my property from under this fence (near the gate). Initially I thought it was rain water, but looks like its not.
What could it be? Neighbours side is absolutely dry!

Shall I turn off mine and see if the leak stops? Will ask the neighbours to do the same tomorrow.
If its my line that's leaking, do you know if thames water repairs it for me?There is more to life than increasing its speed.0 -

If you turn all the taps off in the house does the water meter still move?0 -
I believe if the leaks on your property its your responsibility. Check your suppliers website.0

Thames water obligation ends at your boundary. if there is a leak after the water meter then its your responsibillity to have it repaired the sooner the better as you will be charged for all the water passing thro the water meter.0 -

OK, my understanding is:
We first determine whose line it is. If its my line, I get it repaired, if its neighbours line, they get it repaired.
Is this correct? There is more to life than increasing its speed.0 -
