Hi,
does anyone know if section 75 is covered if the purchase is made by a family member?i.e my dad paid for my holiday on his credit card and i paid him back.He is also going on the same holiday but this payment was just for my partner and myself and we paid him back.This is regarding the Low Cost Holidays issue and claiming back funds.
