Drains blocked, posh toilet paper is to blame!

To cut a long story short, we noticed a strong sewage smell coming from our drains (well there actually shared drains).
Luckily we have drains insurance (there is a reason for this but like i said I keep this short) so we got a bloke out to unblock the drain.
When he discovered the blockage was nothing more than normal toilet waste he asked if we use Charmin toilet paper to which my wife answered yes.
He asked if we had just started using it to which again my wife said yes.

Their was a special offer on Charmin toilet paper so for a change she bought some.
Apparently some plush toilet paper is very slow to dissolve and in this last year it has become an increasing problem.

Oh well back to the wafer thin stuff I suppose.
