PayPal Refunds after Switching multiple times

Hi all,
Wondering if anyone could help or give me some advice?
Long story short but PayPal have granted me a £240.00 refund following a eBay claim. Problem is, they have refunded it to the method of payment used rather than sticking it in my PayPal account. Problem is they have refunded my debit card with Santander however I switched from them using the CASS to Nationwide and have then subsequently switched to NatWest. I understand any payments get automatically forwarded on to the new account under the CASS but does that apply if you switched twice?
I am worried that I might just loose this £240.
For the record, I know its my own stupid fault if I loose it but I was only switching to get the incentives Nationwide were offering.
Any help or advice would be much appreciated. I have contacted PayPal who were about as much use as a chocolate fireguard!

The worst case scenario is that it'll be forwarded twice before being bounced back.
It could be refused completely and be sat in a suspense account.
You really need to ask your bank for a trace to find out how it's being dealt with.0 -
I'm pretty sure that it'll be forwarded twice, it might take a couple of days to get to the final account.0
