I've emailed solicitor btw, no reply, they don't return calls!
they did say they would send a copy of the deeds when I was in to sign the loan offer (on completion day!) but no idea if that will happen or when0 -

I don't have the info needed to fill in the online forms
going to wait a bit to see if solicitor gets back first,
asked EA to ask seller but they weren't very confident they were right
it's not a pressing issue as always spaces but would like to know for ermm completeness I suppose0
