Ice Age 5: Collision Course & PizzaExpress Partnership Competition Ts&Cs

It is a condition of entry that the entrant will be deemed to have accepted all rules, terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them.

How to enter:
1. The competition is open to residents of the UK (excluding Northern Ireland), Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland only and must be submitted by an adult, aged 18 years or over except employees of PizzaExpress, Whippersnapper and Fox Studios, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the competition.

How to enter:
2. Entrants must submit a photo of their drawing or painting of their favourite Ice Age character plus favourite pizza, as featured on the Ice Age 5: Collision Course Piccolo Activity sheet provided when dining in PizzaExpress restaurants. They must ensure that the child's name and age are included to the upload mechanic featured on https://www.pizzaexpress.com/iceage, and enter contact details, specifically stating the adult’s name and email address for us to be able to contact the winners.

3. The Competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

4. The final closing date for entries is midnight 05/09/16 and all entries must be received on or before that date.

Prize Details:
5. There are five different prizes available to win, and a total of 151 winners will be selected.

• Prize 1 (1 available to win): Family Holiday to Hollywood (Ts&Cs apply below):
• Economy flights available from major international airports in London only; Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available; Studio tour takes place on set dates in September 2016 and April 2017;
• Tour dates will be confirmed by promoter 60 days prior to departure; Prize will include a Saturday night; prize based on 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old sharing a family room; at least 1 person travelling must be over the age of 21; a valid credit or debit card will be required to guarantee any incidentals on your room on check in; prize does not include travel to and from the domestic airport, personal expenses, incidentals, or food and drink unless otherwise stated; all elements of the prize are subject to availability; if unavailable, accommodation of equal or higher standard will be offered; Hollywood view bedrooms are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed; once confirmed, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled; prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is available; all travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests; lunch is provided at Fox Studios to the value of $30pp; champagne is provided to winners over the age of 21 only;
o If winner is unable to travel on set studio tour dates, an alternative trip to Los Angeles will be offered with a 12 month redemption period, excluding travel over Christmas, New Year, Easter and Bank Holidays;
o Alternative package will include return economy flights from London to Los Angeles, 4 day car hire, 3 nights’ hotel accommodation in Los Angeles based on 2 adults and 2 children under 12 sharing a family room, and travel insurance.

• Prize 2 (5 available to win): Ice Age plush toy, Ice Age Goody Bag (including 1 x Foil Cup, 1 x Bouncy Ball, 1 x Paddle Board, 1 x Drawstring Bag and 1 x Stationery Set) and Kids Pizza Making Party for up to 12 people
• Pizza Making Party prizes will be awarded in the form of a gift card topped up with £150 of credit.
• £150 entitles the winner to a Pizza Making Party for 12 people, two parties for 6 people, or denominations thereof.
• The gift card may be used towards a party for more than 12 people, but the cost of any extra guests is at the winner’s expense.
• Gift cards expire 24 months from the date of issue, or if topped up during that time, 24 months from the last top-up date.

• Prize 3 (50 available to win): Ice Age Plush toy and a PizzaExpress gift card topped up with £30 of credit.
• The gift card may be redeemed at any PizzaExpress restaurant within the United Kingdom. Sorry, you can’t currently use this for online orders.
• The gift card will expire:
• 24 months after its issue date if you do not redeem any of its value or top it up during that period; or
• 24 months after your last redemption/top up.

• Prize 4 (45 available to win): Ice Age Goody Bags (breakdown as above).

• Prize 5 (40 available to win): Ice Age plush toy.

Full Terms and Conditions:
6. Only one entry per child. Multiple entries from a single email address will be rejected.

7. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Winners will be chosen by an independent judge, from all the entries submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the competition instructions (during the competition period only).

9. The determination and decision of the Promoter on all matters shall be final and binding and no promotional correspondence will be entered into with entrants. The Promoter reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to: (a) add to or waive any rules on reasonable notice; and/or (b) cancel the promotion or any part of it at any stage in the event of circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.

10. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted.

11. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of dispatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

12. The winners will be notified via email by the 12/09/2016 (but may be notified beforehand) and must respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being contacted.

13. Should the promoter be unable to contact a winner by 14 days after the first attempt to notify them, they reserve the right to award the prize to another entrant, selected in accordance with these terms and conditions.

14. The prizes are subject to availability, non-transferable and nonexchangeable and there are no cash alternatives. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if required.

15. Winners must allow up to 28 days for delivery of their prize.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to use entries for future marketing purposes on its website or social media. If your entry is selected by the Promoter to be uploaded to the Website, such Website will use and have access to your data including but not limited to your entry.

17. Opt in Data will be stored securely by the Promoter and used by PizzaExpress for on-going brand correspondence. Data will not be shared with any other third party. 18. Winners agree to co-operate with the Promoter for publicity purposes if so required.

19. The winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending a self-addressed envelope to the Promoter marked ‘Winners’ to the Promoters address, before the 12/09/2016.

20. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant to the competition or any damage to any entrant’s property (including computer equipment and/or data which is stored on any equipment) as a result of using the application, entering the competition or accepting the prize.

21. This Promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including the prize), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion (including the prize).
