All entries must be received by midnight on Monday, October 31, 2016. 6. The winner will be contacted by the Promoter by phone or email within 14 days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. The prize as described is available on the date of publication. Should the prize become unavailable, a substitute of equal value shall be provided.
8. The winning entrant will win a one night stay for two at the Rosewood London, hotel. The prize package comprises:

• Return standard class rail travel from the winner’s home to London;
• Private transfers between the London rail station and the hotel;
• One nights accommodation in the Rosewood London hotel, based on two people sharing a twin room;
• Breakfast for two in the hotel restaurant;
• Dinner for two people at The Holborn Dining Room;
• A 30 minute general nutrition consultation with an expert nutritional therapist during their stay for the winner and their guest;
• A 30 minute general skincare consultation with a consultant dermatologist during their stay for the winner and their guest;
• A 60 minute make-up consultation with an expert make-up artist during their stay for the winner and their guest; and
• Two Rosewood Sense Spa vouchers for the winner and their guest, each worth £110 to use during the stay.

A makeup consultation means assessment for the winner and their guest on their makeup concerns and wishes, and expert advice on how to achieve this using the best products and application techniques. A nutritional therapist consultation means assessment for the winner and their guest on existing diet and nutrition. The nutritional therapist will then be able to provide tips and advice on nutrition tailored to the winners’ diets. A general skincare consultation means assessment for the winner and their guest’s skin type i.e. oily, dry, normal to combination, as well as recommendation on the management of that skin type from cleansing routines, moisturising and sun protection. The winner and their guest are welcome to discuss any nutrition concerns with the nutritionist and any skin concerns with the dermatologist. The nutritionist and dermatologist are, of course, free to recommend whichever product or course of action the nutritionist or dermatologist feels is appropriate. Neither the Promoters nor any brand associated with this promotion will be responsible for the costs of any procedures or course of action recommended by the nutritionist or dermatologist beyond the 30 minute general consultation. The winner and their guest can choose to receive further consultations and/or treatment at their own expense. Should the nutritionist or dermatologist identify a condition that requires tests and/or diagnosis, the winner or their guest is advised to see their General Practitioner.
9. Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays (UK). Global reserves the right to add additional excluded dates which will be confirmed at the point of trip reservation. Travel will be by train, must be off peak and booked a minimum of 6 weeks in advance. Both the winner and their guest must be over the age of 18 years, and must travel together. Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers. The hotel is classed as a 5 star and is based on two people sharing a twin room with ensuite facilities on a bed and breakfast basis. The winner and their guest will enjoy a two-course meal from the A la carte menu and half a bottle of house wine and mineral water each. The spa voucher is to the value of £110.00 for each person. All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within four months from the date of the winner being notified.
10. Spa vouchers are each to the value of £110 to enable the winner and their guest to personalise their own spa treatments. Spa treatments are subject to change and availability at the time of booking. Some treatments may not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions and will be substituted for a safe alternative should this be the case.
11. The prize does not include food and drink, personal expenditure, travel insurance or incidental costs, other than where mentioned.
12. All elements of the prize are subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
13. The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of the Promoter and Vichy. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities. No compensation for loss of earnings will be paid by the Promoter or Vichy for any participation in any aspect of this prize draw or any resulting publicity.
