Hi, I'm currently very much in credit with BT and would like to claim some of the money back.
I'm sure you can do it through the automated service but can't seem to find the option, anyone know what it is or how else I can claim the credit back?
Thanks.

I would have used my own initiative if someone would have told me to!

Wow, that's a great avatar - had me swatting the screen at first!
You can amend your payment option online - why not take the 'whole bill direct debit' option and then e-mail them telling them you have done so and asking for any credit on your account to be refunded. You can re-send that e-mail as often as you want (they'll get the idea eventually).Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0
