Also need to work out what we can save towards Xmas and birthdays etc. It's gonna be a boring but nessecary day tomorrow so we know exactly where we stand before payday comes and it's all up in smoke!

Not much to report - sold a few things on eBay but need to buy baby ibuprofen and paracetamol with it, and need money for milk and bread, so wont have any money to put away. Never mind, needs must, and a new month starts on Friday for us as its pay day, yahoo! I feel positive, but need to do budget with OH ASAP. I wonder if national debtline open on bank hol? Probably not.

So, I've done septembers budget. As we are playing catch up, it's very very tight. It'll be ok, I'll get oh to give it a once over tomorrow to agree to it all. I need to double check my workings out though!

I'm going to save £5 and £1 in a jar I have access to, as my budget is so tight I don't want to lock it away and then need it!

Nothing much to report. Waiting on HB tomorrow so I can start paying what we owe and setting up our DD again. Done a shopping list - think we'll shop weekly rather than monthly, I've done a months meal plan and now need to do a month of lunches too. Also I've seen waitrose have some good PYOO on so I will be utilising that tomorrow.

So I moved some money to OH but as his account wasnt at zero most of it got solo we'd up so we are back to only £3 until tomorrow. Going to re look at budget and see if I can move DD around (that's tomorrow job) so it help us, even if it's only this month. Argh. Also going to start spending diary.

So, start of the month for us today (pay day). Paid catch up on our bills, which doesn't leave us with much but looking forward I can see we won't struggle as long as we keep in budget for food and going out. Hmm, OH couldn't understand where the money has gone I think I'll have to show him on the banking!

That's all, going to be tight but worth it. I saved £5 into baby ISA so I feel good about that. No savings for us but I should have them in a few weeks!

So, I'm going to call national debtline tonight to get the ball rolling on DRO. I've spoken to IVA we should have our certificate in the next 2 weeks. I'm also getting all of our statutory credit reports together to go through - expensive but worth it! I feel ok, just want it sorted NOW! I'm so impatient !

ITS HERE ITS HERE ITS HERE!! Our cretfificate of termination arrived today, wooooo! Very very happy.

So yesterday printer ran out of ink and oh was late home so didn't get our credit reports done or contact national debtline. He's off tomorrow so I'm going to call then, and brought ink today so I can print them off.

Feeling very positive!

And he brought home a £30 tip so going to move that a cross to EF funds and update signature. :-D

I've printed off credit reports from all 3 agencies - interesting to see what information each one has! I've now got a list of our debts and how much we owe and who to so I can inform national debtline of exact totals rather than a stab in the dark which will be much better!

Feel very happy even if the total number is scary!

One phone call to ND later and we both qualify for DRO. 2 packs being sent out should have by Saturday - right now 2 week turn around which works out when oh gets paid again so we can pay straight away. Woooooooooo feel like such a weight has been lifted off us both.

Bad news is the £30 from EF has been used but not feeling to crappy as I'm about to do Octobers budget to see where we stand there.
