Best instant access account for £3000

Hi everyone I know I'm being lazy and the info is probably somewhere in this forum but which BS has the best rate for £3000. I would prefer to have instant access but I could probably do 1 month notice if such a thing exists. I already have an ING account but their rate is probably rubbish now - I should make more of an effort to be a proper MSE!

Several questions first.Do you want to run it online,in which case it would be transferable in about 2/3 days,as Ing is.Or would you prefer a building Society locally that you can visit and withdraw the cash?Usually though they will be a lower rate of interest.
Are you a tax payer and if so do you have an Isa? they are usually instant access so you can at least be earning a decent rate of interest even if you need to withdraw the cash,as they are tax free .
Yes there is plenty of help on these boards both in the forums and elsewhere,to decide which one is best ,but i would certainly not stay with Ing!! i drew mine out from there ages ago, they don't deserve customer loyalty.0
