Can anyone advise me on after closing credit cards how long is it till your a new customer iykwim (claiming introductory incentives)
I seem to of read that its 6 months for amex and barclay hilton honours, just wondering if anyone as any experience of this

Six months is typical, some may be a year.
I've just completed amex for the second time, left about two years between my first incentive and the current one.0 -
Re. Amex: If you closed the card yourself and it was in good order there is no time limit on applying again. You could apply the day after you closed it if you wanted to. But getting a sign-up bonus again is unlikely. If the card was closed by Amex due to a change of circumstances you can negotiate. In the case of a default don't hold your breath!0
