Just has 2 quotes:
1. A besoke joinery firm. Floor to ceiling, 3 double wardrobes with opening doors. Curved end. All double hanging. Also alcove wardrobe consisting of 2 drawer packs, shelving and single long hanging rail. Socket to be moved also £4300
Bespoke joinery and will scribe the whole wardrobe to the walls etc.
2. Pretty similar to the above by a local independant bedroom, kitchen company. Vinyl wrapped doors. One day to fit. £2300
I was thinking the latter would of been the more expensive but get the impression the former would be ahead on quality and workmanship. Big difference in price.
Any advice ?

£2300 seems pretty cheap to me for all that, so I would be a bit suspicious of quality and workmanship.
I would steer clear of vinyl wrapped doors.0 -
All depends on the specification but the first quote is about right for a good quality bespoke job. The 2nd quote from an independent bedroom/kitchen company will more than likely be standard sized doors and the possibility of wide cover fillets etc whereas a bespoke Joinery would make the doors to the exact size required for the space.
Vinyl wrapped doors are not the best as as David mentions because they can bubble and look awful ,usually when they are near heat sources such as radiators.0 -
For the second quote we was discussing different storage. Drawer packs etc and he said we can sort that out later so I'm thinking more pricing may be added on.0
