4.5m Worktop Suppliers

Can anyone recommend one?

I'm looking for a single piece of laminate worktop that's about 4.5m long (28mm square edged preferable)
But coming up blank... found one place but they wouldn't deliver to scotland!
It's always the same when you're doing your own house... would never design someone a kitchen like this!

I know who does 4m.

Solid surface is good though - invisible joins? You probably have the skills to do it or know someone that can.

Would love to go solid surface, unfortunately the bank aren't so keen!!
It's a straight run of ikea units but I've never seen a successful join in a straight worktop (except for solid surface)

thanks, have tried those ones, unfortunately none of them will deliver to Scotland - and one of them can't deliver a 5300mm worktop at all! so not sure how that works...

I take it the logistics of you actually collecting is prohibitive? You could investigate 'shiply'. https://www.shiply.com

I think delivery method is the main problem.

yeah, I have used shiply before - would just prefer for the company that supply it to deliver it - if there's any damage I don't want the shipping costs and replacement costs all on me!!
