Hi,
Im classed as disabled and the time I'm been made redundant I will be off having a major operation to do with the disability, would I be able to claim ESA? Does the amount your partner earns effect you getting ESA?

If you have sufficient NI contributions then you can get contribution based which is not affected by your partner's income. If your Gp will give you a fit note then you can applyLost my soulmate so life is empty.
