PPI from catalogues

Hi, I have just found out that I could reclaim PPI from catalogue accounts. It has been some years now, but I used to have a Littlewoods/Very account. Can anyone tell me where I need to contact to put in a complaint please? I would also be grateful for a link to a template letter to send to them so it looks more official.
Cheers

Do you know for a fact you paid PPI?
If you did and have evidence of this, you complain to Littlewoods / Very.
Sorry but I am not googling "littlewoods ppi complaint address" for you
Using a template is pointless, the company will have seen thousands of identical ones all listing the same old guff. Just follow their complaints process and list your specific complaint reasons about why

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
