Not only expires after 3 months*, but also limited to specific (read poor) deals of which I could not find anything on their website but told by customer service.

Workaround (both worked for me):
1) buy and cancel deals every 2.5 months to keep the credit valid.
2) buy a deal that accepts credit and then use "redeem an unused code ..." facility to buy the deal you want.
