PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS

Eligibility to enter / opening and closing dates
1. Open to United Kingdom residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Asda Stores Limited and Brown-Forman Beverages Europe, Ltd., their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion.
2. Mobile phone, internet access, email and postal address required to enter this prize draw.
3. The opening date for receipt of entries is 00:01 on Thursday 14th July 2016, entries received before this date will not be counted. Closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 on Wednesday 3rd August 2016, entries received after this date will not be counted. Entries not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted.
4. A maximum of 1 winner per household.
5. Maximum one entry per person.
How to enter
6. No purchase necessary.
7. To enter go to https://www.adsa.com/win and complete the entry form, including: Full name, date of birth, postal address, email address, contact telephone number and proof of ID.
8. No responsibility is accepted for any entry which is not received, or is delayed or damaged due to technical reasons.
9. There are 50 prizes to be won. All valid entries will be entered into a prize draw and 50 winners will be drawn at random.
Prizes
10. The prize consists of 1 of 50 free standing optics per person, with the following features:
a. Size: 5500mm high x 197mm diameter
b. Weight: 1.842kg
11. All winners will be required to provide photographic proof of ID.
Winner Selection
12. The winners of the free standing optics will be the first 50 entries selected at random, by a computer programme that produces verifiably random results, from all valid entries. The draw for the prizes will take place as soon as practicable after the Closing Date. The draws will be supervised by an independent person.
Winner Notification
13. If an original winner cannot be contacted within 28 days of being notified and following reasonable efforts or if an original winner is not able to validate their details, an alternative winner will be selected at random, by a computer programme.
14. Participants will be required to verify their details (ensuring their email address is personal and accessible throughout the promotion) and submit their delivery address for their free standing optic (should they win).
15. The Promoter reserves the right to select alternative winners, should the original winner and guest not validate all of their identity, age and/or address.
Delivery of the Prize
16. The Promoter will dispatch the free standing optic to the winner by a delivery service within 28 working days of the winner being notified (excluding weekends) to the address provided by the winner upon entering at https://www.adsa.com/win. The free standing optic will be delivered via a courier service.
17. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery of the prize due to the provision of incorrect contact details by participants. Any prize that is returned undelivered will be assumed unwanted.
General
18. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value, should those advertised become unavailable for any reason prior to the commencement of this promotion. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control with no liability to any entrants, the prize winner or any third party.
19. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries by macros or other automated means, and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
20. Entrant’s data will be shared with specialist third party auditors to carry out prize draws and verification and Insurance and Fulfilment houses in order to fulfil the winners’ order. Participants may access their personal data at any time, have it removed or modified by sending an email request to consumer services at support@clearsilver.co.uk
21. Winner and guests will be bound by the terms imposed by any third parties providing services as part of the prize. Promoter cannot accept responsibility for the acts or omissions of third parties.
22. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules.
23. Winner publication: The prize winners’ details will be available for six weeks by sending an SAE marked "Jack Daniel’s – Asda Free Standing Optic" to the Promoter at the address below after 10th August 2016.
24. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries.
25. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion.
