No you are not, these firms get their money from fines and guess what, they PROBABLY pay your Managing Agents a 'bounty' for each paid ticket...how about asking that direct question of the managing agents:I'm so mad about it. Correct me if I'm wrong: If I pay my rent and the owner pay for managing the building, am I paying indirectly for UKPS services?
''what do you make from each ticket and how is this profit passed back to the residents?''
BTW they are NOT 'employed' by the agent. They are allowed to infest the site and issue fake fines - they provide NO service at all and you do not need them there. It will be residents and visitors who get fined. It is a scam.
You do know not to pay, we hope!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I'm sure I don't want to pay. But, should I ignore it at all?0

We've already said what to do; we do this all the time. There are other UKPS cases here too.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you Coupon-mad and pappa golf for your advices.
In my case there's also language barrier, which I think you've already noticed.
First thing complain to management ceo, later or in the same time appeal to UKPS?0 -
You can't appeal to UKPS if the case is with TNC (debt collectors). Wait and see what letters arrive next and yes, at this stage, ignore them. Show us each letter.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ok, thanks0

If they'd do sold the debt to TCN, would it be still possible to pay it on their website? Cause when I log in there, to see the photos, there's still an option to pay £100.0

Yes it would but don't! They will see you as a mug and try again for more.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
