I was involved in a RTA last month as a passenger in a car of which the driver was responsible. I have whiplash and need to see a Physio . Can I claim on my partners insurance . I am also a named driver on it

The claim is against the driver of the car.I was involved in a RTA last month as a passenger in a car of which the driver was responsible. I have whiplash and need to see a Physio . Can I claim on my partners insurance . I am also a named driver on it
(You should really get legal representation to deal with this for you)0 -
yeah, he was driving .I was a passenger but I am a named driver on the insurance. Can I still claim against it0

You being a named driver on the driver's policy is irrelevant
You claim against the driver.
You really need legal representation to help you pursue an injury claim (unless you know what you are doing!)0
