Regular Saver Interest??

My Halifax Regular Saver 7% is due to mature on 22nd Sept. I have put in £250 every month for 12 months.

Can anyone estimate my interest for me please??

Comments

  • It should be about (roughly) (£250*12)/2 * 7% so about £105 then you have to take off tax if you pay it so then it would be about £80 ish if you pay tax. Not bad.

    75/1200
  • £3,000 x 7% / 12 x 6.5 = £113.75 gross (£91.00 net of basic rate tax)
