ryan air- no refund if i cant go

I booked two tickets for flight only but due to family issues i cant go-it was for later in year.As they are economy flights does anyone know if they can be changed as I could give them to other family members. Someone has told me that as they are for my economy flights then it doesnt apply and these cant be changed

Yes you can change the name, but generally it's cheaper to buy another ticket. It's £110 per person per sector, so if you've booked outbound an inbound it's £220.0

Actually, unlike other fees, the name change fee is paid once per booking so with a return booking it's still only £110. Probably still not worth it in many cases though.0
