wren - best way forward please

Hi,

I have a similar thread but need some very specific advice on how to move forward. Thanks to wren I am living in a complete mess.

I will try and be brief as from all other threads you know issues with wren:

Quartz worktop installed is chipped. I arrived home as install was finished and signed then identified chips along edge when cleaning worktop. note paper says "customer not home" then signed by me so evidence of limited viewing. I informed wren same week as fitter said he would do it, then never did. During this time kitchen was out of action and accessed by builders.i would not expect quartz to chip immediately after install.

Quartz worktop is not colour as per sample I have. Company says is correct material.
wren have offered to fix chips but this is not good enough for a worktop which cost £2500. - this is from wrens directors office.

Also the fitter has not left enough space under the appliances for the floor to be installed. he will need to lift entire side of kitchen including the quartz worktop. i am yet to hear from wren how and when this will be done. meanwhile I have been diagnosed with asthma.

this has been going on 2 months. i need a resolution for my sanity. how should I proceed, chargeback, ombudsman or court? should i get an expert assessment done at this stage?

deposit £1300 paid by credit card (master card in february) - is it too late to chargeback and if not do i have reason to get entire kitchen removed?

finance to kick in after kitchen finished - again should I chargeback or inform barclays of dispute?

if this were you please advise what the sensible course of action is. I really thank you for advice x

because my house is full of dust due to unfinished building works and there looks like no end to the works. its affecting my health. That is the relevance.

also I see on the furniture ombudsman website they offer an assessment. is it worth getting an assessment of the kitchen now or waiting?

Try a letter before action first . Google LBA for examples .
