Hi all I need some advice before I contact sky again (better forearmed and all that:-))
Yesterday I was able to after much chatting with sky get a small reduction £92 from £108 per mth, but they are now going to charge me £65 for a callout because I have a faulty dish.
I know they are within their rights to charge me but after 10 years with sky I'm just fed up so thats it.
But to my question, as I agreed the new contract just yesterday am I within my rights to cancel sky completely and go with Virgin or BT

Yeap I believe so. You probably have 14 days ??? but sooner the better.0

Have you checked their terms and conditions?
There is generally a 14 day cooling off period but you'd need to check their terms against your own circumstances. Were you out of contract? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
