Home insurance vax offer

Hi, I purchased a Churchill Home Insurance in April, with the 'bonus' gift of a vax cleaner. After 60 days, this did arrive, but is totally useless for my home as we have carpets and not hard floors. Even the vax home website does not show this model, which meant we could not look it up, so now I have spent more on my insurance than I would normally have, and have a useless large box I was hoping to clean my carpets with. Any ideas anyone, as neither Churchill nor the treats company can help, both say this was an agreement from MSE. Thanks.
