Where to invest £200 per month?

Hello,
I want to pay £200 per month by standing order (or DD) into a savings account, for 3 years. This is to repay a sum which I withdrew from my savings to buy a car.
The options that interest me so far are (1) the Lloyds Tsb regular saver (8% for a year) we do have a tsb current account, and obviously we'd need to move it after a year
and (2) National Counties Building Society's Guaranteed Cash ISA (6.26%)
Also, my wife does'nt work, and we've heard that if we open the 8% account in her name she can fill in a form to get the interest tax free
Any advice appreciated
David

It's an R85 form you need, and she must fill it in and give it to the bank or tax will be deducted at normal rate.Debbie0
