What is going on?? it seems everyone virtually is waiting weeks or having problems just to get this sorted?? anyone in the same boat?

I'm auto renewed but after a few weeks of not hearing anything I contacted them and was told auto renewals are not completed til 31st of July.0

That's correct, they would need to give you until the deadline in case there is something you need to change.0
