Ordered a print 8weeks ago, not arrived, supplier won't respond, what do I do next?

I ordered a print from a well-known graffiti artist, paid £150 over 8 weeks ago but haven't received it yet. I ordered it via said person's website. I've messaged via that site about 5 times, I've Tweeted & Facebooked said person too numerous times, but am getting NO response.
I paid using my Visa debit card.
he's busy posting all his new work on Facebook and Twitter but obviously doesn't have 5mins to even text me a reply!
I really don't know what to do next! I don't think I want the print any more, I'm so peeved with the situation that I don't want the print hanging on the wall anymore!
Has anyone got any advice about what I can do to resolve this?

Read MSE's Chargeback article and then speak to your card issuer.

Probably best that you also send the seller an email cancelling your order.

All sorted! HSBC were brilliant & have refunded me, they're claiming it back from his bank! result! but disappointed! nevermind, things could be a lot worse!
