Rabac Croatia

Hi all,
We are looking at going to Croatia next year and Thomson have advertised a new Family Life hotel the Bellevue in Rabac which looks great for our childrens needs.
Has anyone been to Rabac and can advise me what its like? I have researched on tripadvisor but as its currently the Valadar Bellevue the reviews will not really count. I am more interested in the local area from anyone who has been.
