Details of the Competition:

• To enter the Competition an Entrant must:
• Go online to www.heart.co.uk and register their details.
• Online entry will open at 00.01 on 13.07.2016 and close at 23.59 on 21.08.2016.
• Online, entrants need to play the ‘Mix and Match’ Character Game.
• One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and notified 7 days after the close date

Eligibility:

• Entry is restricted to those aged 18 years or over.
• Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

• A family ticket to Hampton Court Palace includes entrance to the palace, maze and gardens.
• The Historic Royal Palaces Annual Family Membership is valid for 12 months and can oly be used by those named n the Hostoric Royal Palaces’ membership card.

• Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter and Bank Holidays (UK). Should the winner not live within the stations local FM/DAB/AM/MW broadcasting area (i.e. web, national DAB or digital TV). a contribution towards travel expenses will be given towards train travel. 

• Hotel is classed as a 4 Star and is based on 2 adults and two children sharing a family room with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis. 

• Two Fortnum and Mason Hampers will be delivered to the winner at the hotel in the morning before they go to Hampton Court Palace, these are subject to 
availability and must be booked in advance. Winner must be available to pick these up in the given time slot. 

• Based on 2 adults and 2 children enjoying a 3 course meal from the set menu including 1⁄2 bottle of house wine, mineral water and coffee. 

• Should this/these product(s) be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to 
substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.
