If your buyer failing to complete stops you from failing to complete, then the costs arising from that are part of the costs arising from their failure. Same for the people further up and down the chain.

I heard from my buyer yesterday, the lenders have accepted the structural report, and we're still on for Friday 29th...happy days! The way things have gone so far I'll believe it when I see it though...but amazingly we're almost packed, so my ale consumption has massively increased. Hopefully this time next week I'll report back and it'll all be over and done with!0
