I have travel insurance that covers loss of baggage (max 2000) with World Nomads (Bupa Global) my son's suitcase was lost by Lufthansa, they have declared it lost and said it will be sent for "evaluation" in Frankfurt.. Can I claim both compensation from Lufthansa and my insurance company or do I have to choose? How do they decide how much they will pay you?
Many thanks for you help.
