Happy user for years. Claim submitted late May not paid yet. Getting stories about "the old company" deals with claims - they seem to have been taken over but still deal with the claims - they new people sell policies & deal with admin.
All very strange. Nothing on the website. All clients "should have been written to" by "the old company".
Anyone else got "delays" being paid???
