Buy as you view TV insurance

Hi Just after a bit of advice, we bought a Samsung smart 3d TV from BAYV and took out the TV insurance that covers accidental damage with it, just recently our 2 1/2 year old autistic boy threw the remote control and broke the TV. BAYV have taken the damaged TV and replaced it with a standard Samsung TV. We aren't happy with the new TV obviously loosing the features that we paid a lot of money for. Any advice on where we stand with getting a similar TV? Thanks

Depends what the insurance terms say
