Thanks for the feedback people. I think we're gonna pass on the new build and look for something else instead. Could be some bargains to be had (i.e. bigger property) over the next few months for the budget.0

BTW you could always look at the newbuild again in a month or two, if no takers, they may be happy to take a bigger drop than you'd think.0 -
