Admiral car insurance free fitbit

Early last month I took out a multi are policy with admiral through MSE, with a promise of getting a free Fitbit. I should have received it by now, but I haven't. Looked on the MSE site and can find no reference to it.

What do I do?

Not a lot you can do. (You were too late)

    The offer ended in May!

Fitbit Flex with multi-car: If you get an Admiral MultiCar* policy via this link by Tue 31 May. It will be sent within 30 days.
  • I did get it before the end of May, it was the middle of May.

Fair enough, but we can only go on what you tell us! (Which was you bought the policy "early last month"!
  • Can you offer any advice?

Find out who was offering the fitbit (MSE or Admiral)

Prove your date of getting the policy is correct and take it from the reply you receive.

Next time you take up online offers like this keep screen prints of the relevant details/ts + cs etc

    Hi,

If anyone is still awaiting the Fitbit, can you please email insurancehelp@moneysavingexpert.com and include your policy number with the start date.

This will help us investigate the issue.
  • I just wanted to add that I have also not received my FitBit Flex after taking out multi car insurance on the 8th May via the MSE link. I emailed insurancehelp@moneysavingexpert.com and did receive a reply to say that it had been passed on to Admiral and that someone would be in touch but I never heard anything back.
  • Hi there,

To anyone who has still not received their Fitbit or any other offer as part of the Admiral deal, please don't hesitate to get back in touch with us and we will chase this up for you!
