Repeating defaults Lowell

Hi, I am desperately trying to seek some advice to find out if i am misunderstanding reading my credit report (noddle) or something is seriously wrong. I got in to some mess a few years ago after losing my dad at a young age, I had some debt passed on to Lowell with whom I set up payment plans following doing an expenditure with them, I have stuck to these payments every month. I have been doing everything I can to better my credit report but it has felt this is actually getting me nowhere thus the check on Noddle. The Lowell accounts on there are not showing all the updates to the payments which have been made, Also they are showing defaults for almost every month even when you can see a payment has been made. Is this normal if you have a payment plan in place? I did call them and they said the default stays for the normal amount of time and that everything was up to date? As a new user here I cant add a link to the image but under every single month is a red D, Underneath 95% of these is says DF and under the remainder ... On one of the accounts you can see the balance history reducing whilst on the other there has never been a change to this but the Ds stay the same throughout both.

6 years from when it went on, it should come off in full (all 6 years worth).
This is the way the CRA displays it, rather than it repeating.💙💛 💔0 -
Yes, A D or 8 every month is normal. It's just the way these things are shown.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
