M02 Redress Career Development Loan

Hello,

Sorry if this is in the wrong thread but I don't actually know what an M02 Redress is... when I googled it there was a lot of jargon that I didn't understand.

Basically I've just been checking my career development loan and on 08.07.16 the COOP bank have credited my CDL almost £2000. The only reference on there is M02 Redress Credit.

I've tried ringing but I'm too late so I do plan on checking it out tomorrow but I just wondered if anyone had actually heard of this and why they'd credit my account without even telling me?

    The Co-op was on the hook to pay out compensation for miscalculating loan payments and fees. Perhaps it was something to do with that?
