It really varies, sometimes in advance if the price is right other times wait for sales. I have picked up really cheap parking in black friday sales before. Usually a good time just before the end of the year but plenty of time until the following summer!0

Paid £26 for 2 weeks long stay in August at East Midlands using boosted Tesco clubcard vouchers for the rest, that was paid for back in January. Don't know if it still works..0

Booked Manchester T1 long stay car park for 14 days in august, booked and paid in January with Airport hotels & parking, cost £54.99 which I thought was pretty cheap.0

Pre booked local specialist airport taxi service , always cheaper than parking the car at gatwickEx forum ambassador
